If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

My wife loved these pants for her ski trip! Shes 5 9 167 lbs. I ordered the Large and medium but the medium fit her better. They were waterproof, she was able to move freely and they kept her warm. Loved the DENIM BLUE color.

These were cute and comfortable. They lasted all day and didnt get wet even on the soaked chair lifts the back stayed dry. I would recommend these! I stayed true to my size & they fit great! A great, cheaper alternative. Will be keeping these in my rotation for the season.

Im a size 8/10 (M) petite in most brands. 54 and 145lbs. I hold most of my weight in my bum and hips. After checking the size chart, I ordered a medium and they fit great. They are wide enough in the hips. They are a bit big in the waist, but there is elastic waistband with drawstring to adjust so that helps. And the length is perfect. Bending and sitting are always snug in snow pants. And these are no different. I havent worn them in the cold yet, so I cant speak to how warm they are, only the sizing.
