If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.

This snowsuit is fantastic. It's SO warm, structured but flexible enough to allow loose movement when needed, thick in the best ways and adjustable where necessary. I'm 5'4 and the small fits perfectly. Highly recommend if you have a ski trip coming up!

Fits great and keeps me warm
You'll be hard pressed to find a matching snowboard outfit for a cheaper price. The jacket and pants fit great and match perfectly. I really like how spacious the jacket is. They're plenty of pocket room for whatever you'd need to bring to the mountain. It's stylish and warm. The stitching is solid and the zippers are smooth. I would definitely recommend this set if you're in the market for new snowboard gear.

Buy it, its worth it
This might be a bit expensive but it is worth it. I'm 5'7'' 140lbs and bought medium. I had about 2-3 layers underneath and even a winter coat under. Im amazed how it kept me dry no matter how many times I fell into the snow. Also I love how it keeps me warm and i feel like this should be how every winter jacket is. Color so cute and stylish.
