If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

This sweater is soft and fluffy, the Sherpa feels thin & warm, which I really like, not bulky, so it's perfect for layering. I got a medium, 5'5, 150 pounds. nice fit.It also feels like a low pile so the texture won't catch debris. The height of the collar looks modern & elevated. I especially like the contrast colors. I'm a seamstress & the stitching looks well done & the material is very nice. A great buy!

5'3.5" 120lbs. I ordered a Small. Beautiful fleece, beautiful color and I love the zip pockets. They are very warm and hold up well to washing.
