If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Great value, definitely waterproof and warm, the material is very nice and thick and perfect for snowboarding, love the color no one else on the mountain looks as cool. Size turned out exactly how I wanted too didnt have to return!

THIS JACKET IS AMAZING!
I really loved this jacket. The specs are incredible, I specially like the stretch powder skirt underneath the jacket to keep snow out. This jacket kept me warm and I had a few people on the mountain ask where it was from. I am normally a size M in everything and this jacket is a M. Im 56 and 155 pounds, smaller chest. Super recommend.

Love this coat!
Bought this to sled and snowball fights with my son. Great purchase! Comfortable, dry and looks great. Love all the pockets and that its a pullover instead of a zip up jacket. So much more comfortable and dry. Cant recommend enough!!

Amazing, super warm, comfy snow jacket
Wow, I love it, my regular size S, but I wanted an oversize jacket, and this is exactly what I was looking for, if you size S and you want normal fit, in my opinion choose M or S(depend of your hight), if oversize L will be perfect.
The jacket has underarm zippers for ventilation, inside a zip pocket and one more like a mesh, without a zipper, you can tighten the bottom of the jacket to fit tighter, velcro on each wrist to fix sleeves, and a pocket on the sleeve for a ski pass, delivery on time, very good price.
If you need warm beautiful jacket, go for it you will love it
