If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

I hate wearing bulky coats they feel like the strangle you and you cannot move especially driving. This one is lightweight but not thin. And I cannot say how warm it is while still letting me move like my energetic little runner wants to it has an extra chest pocket that I can keep my keys in and the zippers all work perfectly. The lining is so soft and the outside of the coat is nice and seems very waterproof. Just all around cannot say enough about this coat. Sizing was perfect. I wear a small and it fits nicely Covers most of my butt (I am 51) where the coat is, is the warmest part on me at the park lol. I wish they had gloves.

THIS JACKET IS AMAZING!
I really loved this jacket. The specs are incredible, I specially like the stretch powder skirt underneath the jacket to keep snow out. This jacket kept me warm and I had a few people on the mountain ask where it was from. I am normally a size M in everything and this jacket is a M. Im 56 and 155 pounds, smaller chest. Super recommend.

Saved my life
It is not an understatement to say that this jacket truly saved me. I brought it up to snowboard in with my siblings. They both wore non waterproof material jackets and returned home sick while I did not. The jacket is great at keeping warmth in as well as the waterproof material preventing my clothes from becoming soaked. This jacket was also very light+cushioned and has many cute colors. The pockets hold everything you need while youre on the slopes. The inner material is amazing quality and does not disappoint in comfort. If you are looking for an inexpensive jacket to use in the rain, mountains, snow, this is the jacket you need. Perfect to buy if you dont want to be spending hundreds of dollars on a jacket and are a beginner snowboarder or skier.

I like this ski jacket, it is waterproof,wind proof, fashion design, and keep my body warm. This jacket have enough pockets which I can storage what I want. Right now outside is cold, I wear every day. Nice jacket.
