If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.

I have used this ski jacket and pants set for my recent ski trip, and it's really practical. The fabric is both windproof and waterproof, which has been great for keeping me dry and warm in the snow. The insulation is thick enough to keep me warm, but it also breathes well. I love all the pocketstheyre really convenient for storing my gloves, wallet, and keys. The adjustable hood and cuffs are nice touches, helping block the wind and keep everything secure. Its perfect for skiing and other outdoor winter activities. Definitely a solid choice!

Ive never owned any snow gear before and this was perfect! Not only did I get a bunch of compliments on it, it also kept me very dry. I got a small and it was a perfect fit for the bottoms. Too was baggy but really helped out cause I could layer up. Definitely make sure to layer up if its below 40 with no sun. Good at protecting you from the wind as well. Definitely buy something to wear around ur neck!

I love this suit! This is definitely one of my favorites. Its not too big or too tight, and definitely very warm! Its a little heavier than I expected, which was great for extreme cold! Im 56 , 120lbs and I ordered a small. It has room for under layers without it getting super tight. I was very nervous to order this, but it was 100% worth it!
