If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items

I highly recommend. I actually sized down to a small because of some of the reviews & I am normally a Medium (size6) in pants & the small fits me really well. I am 54, 140lbs. Its super cute & there are adjustable straps. I will update after using it on my upcoming ski trip.

These saved my life (figuratively)
I have never been on vacation while it snowed and so I had to last minute order items that would be snow proof. THIS SNOW BIB and this brand are amazing! I was really worried the bib wouldnt fit based at the first time but it fit perfectly not too tight but also room left to fully layer underneath. Ive used them for a couple days and I have been able to fully play in the snow and move around. In conclusion I highly recommend! Do not move here!

Ive been struggling to find the perfect ski bibs. These are great. Im 59, full figured and size large was perfect. These look a lot more expensive than they are. I would definitely buy these again

Got these for a skiing trip and they were great! I love that they didn't fall down at all and they were so warm. They were so comfortable and light weight but kept me very warm. They are true to size. They also kept me very dry. The pockets were very convenient.

Stylish and warm
I LOVED these ski bibs for skiing at the ski resort for 4 days! Kept me warm and they seemed waterproof as well. Great value for the money and they were actually very stylish. The quality seems very good. I am 5'7", 148 pounds and ordered size medium. I had a lot of room to move. Not tight at all.
