If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

A full zip sweatshirt without a hood! Yes!
This sweatshirt is great! The zipper is sturdy and works beautifully. The pockets are large enough to hold my phone. And it does not have a hood. I don’t want a hood. Who really uses the hood of a hoodie anyway? The best thing about it, which I think is not promoted enough in the description is that if you participate in a sport where you wear a helmet (biking, horseback riding) you can put this sweatshirt off and on without removing your helmet. Or if you have arthritis in your shoulders, it is very easy to put on. Or if you don’t want to mess up your hair.
I have bought at least 10 of these over the years, some for my husband and myself and some to give as gifts. Everyone loves them — men and women. I wear them daily. They wash beautifully, keep their shape, don’t shrink, and last forever.
