If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Exceeded my expectations! This item had no reviews before we brought it, we went on a ski trip to Canada and wore both jacket and ski pants in - 17 degrees Celsius and was completely warm and dry the entire time. I can not fault this product. arrived super fast aswell
