If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Fits great. I’m 160cm (5Ft3), 44kg (97lbs) for reference. Material is thick and waterproof, kept me warm in minus 10 deg Celsius. Has well positioned pockets and an inner snow skirt which is good.

My son absolutely loves this set. I would suggest going up a size or 2 because of wearing clothes under it. He says it keeps him very warm. He especially loves the thumb holes to keep the snow from going up inside his jacket.

I really liked this set, I could lay in and under the snow and stayed bone dry, aside from my own sweat. The features worked as designed the zippers are though, had a bit of a gang up with the bottom but might have been snow related. Aside from that the look good and fit well.
