If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Bought for my teenage son at the beginning of the season. He liked the look. Fit great, true to size. We had a colder winter than usual with below freezing temps. He was warm and comfortable walking to school. Kept him dry in the cold rain and snow.

Good Quality, worth buying
Both of the female and male version are with good quality. Sleeves are long enough. Both waterproof and windproof are great. Lots of pocket for safe storage.

Exactly what I was looking for
Really comfortable and versatile. Fits a little baggier than their other jackets. Might be because of the two piece separating jackets but really a solid quality jacket that works great as a light weight rain jacket, light weight fleece or a heavier duty jacket for cold wet days.

Classy fit and look
Ive been looking for a jacket that I can take away camping, plus also wear around if I'm skiing. So nice to feel good and look good at the sametime. I purchased a large and I am 183cm with a slim build, it was perfect in the length in torso and arm length.

Nice winter coat for the price
I had been looking at other brand coats that were 2-3 times the cost of this one. I am replacing an old lightweight coat and did not want anything too bulky. This coat should cover any winter weather for casual usage. I wore it out today for a walk in 20-degree temperature and it was comfortable - slightly on the warm side.
