If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

Warmth of outfit and quality of material well worth the price. It is a little overpriced but the vibrant colors are great. It is true to size and fits well. Lots of pockets and a hoodie for the snow also.

Very good quality product. My only complaint would be that the size was a little smaller than what I usually get when ordering that size. I ended up returning the first one and ordered the next size bigger.

Very warm, well built, fantastic product
My son was invited to a last minute ski trip. Found this ski suit on here and this turned out to be perfect. It fit her perfect. He loved the colors, said it was very comfortable, warm and more importanlty kept him dry. It was very high quality for the price and very functional.
