If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items

These were cute and comfortable. They lasted all day and didnt get wet even on the soaked chair lifts the back stayed dry. I would recommend these! I stayed true to my size & they fit great! A great, cheaper alternative. Will be keeping these in my rotation for the season.

LOVE these pants!!!
These pants are perfect for snowboarding and they look awesome! They fit pretty big like youd expect for snowboarding and theyre very comfortable. So far, I have worn them twice all day long and havent experienced any leaks or tears. I have not worn them in a very cold climate yet so Im not sure how warm they stay but for my purpose (20-30F) theyre adequate!

Great Quality!
These snowboarding pants are very well made and comfortable. They have huge legs that make me feel like an Anime character, but they are perfect with my boots and board. They are also perfect as they have multiple different zippers and pulls to keep snow out and warmth in. They are also easy to machine wash and dry and are true to size. Overall I really like them and I would recommend them to other snowboarders.

Perfect for ski trip
It was a last minute purchase, and it was definitely a life saver. Kept me warm on the slopes, very easy to take on and off, plenty of pockets, and adjustable! The bottoms fit over the ski boots too.
