If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order delivered during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
The pattern is fun, totally pops on the snow. Fit is nice and roomy, easy to move around in while skiing. So glad I grabbed it!

Cute Jacket, Delivery Was a Pain
I really like the style of this jacket, the leopard print is fun and different from what everyone else is wearing. Fit is nice and baggy, easy to layer underneath.
But the shipping honestly dragged on way too long and there weren’t many updates, which was frustrating. By the time it arrived I was already a bit over it.
Quality-wise it’s good and does the job on the mountain, just wish the whole buying experience was smoother.

Worth the Wait, Love the Leopard
Shipping took longer than I expected to Australia (almost 2 weeks), so I was a bit annoyed at first. But honestly, once it arrived, I kind of forgot about that.
The leopard print looks so good in person. I’m 168cm / 58kg and got a S, fits exactly how I wanted.
Wore it up at Thredbo and it kept me warm and dry all day. Super comfy too. Just wish shipping was quicker, but the jacket itself is definitely worth it.

Super happy with this women's snow jacket in camo! The color is really nice, fits well, keeps me warm on the slopes, and looks stylish too. Material feels durable, and it's comfortable to move around in. Would definitely buy again!

I hate wearing bulky coats they feel like the strangle you and you cannot move especially driving. This one is lightweight but not thin. And I cannot say how warm it is while still letting me move like my energetic little runner wants to it has an extra chest pocket that I can keep my keys in and the zippers all work perfectly. The lining is so soft and the outside of the coat is nice and seems very waterproof. Just all around cannot say enough about this coat. Sizing was perfect. I wear a small and it fits nicely Covers most of my butt (I am 51) where the coat is, is the warmest part on me at the park lol. I wish they had gloves.
