If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
This jacket is not super warm just by itself, but just wearing a hoody or something underneath is enough because it is basically windproof. I should say it probably is about right at 30 degrees (F) or more, but I don't know because I have only used it when it was 20 or less. The pockets are nice and big and there's a lot of them. The zippers are super tough and water proof. The sleeves are big and meant to accommodate gloves. The whole thing feels very well made and I definitely recommend it.

My daughter works at a job where she has to go indoor and outdoors. The weather has just started with the snow and she has loved this jacket. It keeps her dry and warm when outside. The fit is perfect.
