Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
I really like these pants and have gotten a good amount of compliments wearing them out on the mountain snowboarding. They are super baggy, Im 62 and still plenty baggy. Waterproofing seems good. I say and knelt in the snow and didnt get wet. Construction seems good, logged 6 days so far and no tore stitching. Definitely suggest giving these a shot if you wanna look stylish on the mountain!

Best Snowboarding Pants I currently own
I dont typically write reviews however Im loving these pants so much I felt like I had to. They are lightweight, perfectly baggy, comfy, and you feel steezy wearing them. Im 6 foot and got a large which seems to be a great fit but I still need to wear a belt which is fine. I highly recommend them if youre going for that baggy look.
