To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges:

We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.

Been riding these for a few days now and yeah, pretty stoked on them. Fit is nicely baggy but still sits right— not too loose, not awkward. The adjustable waistband makes it easy to dial in, stays put all day.
Took a few falls and stayed dry the whole time, waterproofing definitely holds up. Heat retention is solid too, keeps you warm without overheating, and the inner leg vents are clutch when it gets a bit sunny and warm.
Little details are done right — snow gaiters keep everything sealed around the boots, adjustable leg openings fit over boots no problem, and pockets are actually usable. The extra hook + carabiner is a nice touch as well.
Big plus for me is the reflective lines — under lights they go crazy, looks super sick for night laps. Overall just a clean, functional pair that rides well and looks steezy.

These don't look like your typical ski pants, which is why I bought them. More of a streetwear vibe. Wore them in Thredbo and got a couple of “where' d you get those comments. Still functional though – not just for show.
