If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
This bib was amazing for the entire ski season. Kept me dry/warm and it was good material that didnt tear or rip. It has so many pockets where I was able to store everything I needed. I would say buy a few colors because for the price it is the best Ski Bib around.

The material of the pants is very nice to the touch. Because of good design, they do not constrain movement. Also, they have many pockets of good volume.
The straps can be easily adjustable. The waist is regulated with Drawcord.
For me, they fit perfectly.

Awesome Snow Pants
I bought the XL Short (30”) inseam. I am 5’10” 210Lbs. These fit me perfectly! The legs flare to accommodate boots. The insulation is not bulky and will be fine with a base layer. The shoulder straps are wide and don’t slip off my shoulders. Good solid construction! I Def recommend!
