If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.

I really like these ski pants. They are a really soft material, yet waterproof and easy to wear. The fit is good and very adjustable. I have owned many big name brands of ski wear and these are my go-to choice. The price is amazing for what you get. I bought a second pair as a backup.

So warm and comfy!
I did not know how warm to dress to go skiing so I wore this and a thin thermal second skin and it was perfect. It repelled all the snow/water. It kept me warm all day. The snow didn't even stick to the pants, it just fell right off. Epic pants! ????

I'm an avid snowboarder so I really use my gear and put it all to the test. I bought these because of the price point, seemed too good to be true to be honest. But after receiving this product, the quality is fantastic, they're very insulated and I'm totally satisfied. Can't say enough good things about this product.

Kept me warm
This ski pant kept me warm. The temperature was 2 degrees (F) and wind chill was -12 degrees (F). I had a base layer and another jogger pant underneath. I was out learning skiing for more than 5 hours and this pant kept me going.
