If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.

fantastic coat, very warm
This coat is incredibly warm. I tried it out in the polar vortex weather we had recently, at -8 with a wind chill of -29, the part of me covered by the coat stayed warm. It's got great wind resistance, it doesn't seem to penetrate at all.
I tried it with water, just kind of splashing a little on the coat. Some of the droplets actually bounced off of it. Not only did it run off leaving it dry, but droplets actually bounced.
It's comfortable with nice lining, and the hood is good. There are these little things for the palms of your hands that you can use if you want.
It's a lot of quality, far better than I would have expected at this price.

I bought this snowboarding jacket for my husband and he loves it! He' 6'2, 215lbs. I purchased the XL. It looks really stylish on him and more importantly, it kept him warm and dry on the slopes. Great quality and totally worth it for anyone who spends time in the snow.
