To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
Snowverb reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

All sales on big promotion (40%–80%) products, as well as products purchased with discount codes of 40% or more, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, strict hygiene standards are a must. Base layer items, classified as intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked for everyone's safety and comfort.
Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returningwithin 7 days of the request approval.
We will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed, the item that has been exchanged once can not be returned or exchanged again.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. No later than two business days.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our warehouse and will be subject to original shipping fee charged from the refund.
Love this snow suit! It’s super warm, waterproof, and looks way better in person. The fit is baggy but flattering, and it kept me dry all day on the slopes. Highly recommend!

Almost perfect
Love the color combo and fit, feels solid on the slopes. Only thing — the front zipper is a bit stiff, had to tug a couple of times with gloves on. Once that’s sorted, it’s perfect for a full day of boarding.

Baggy and warm — love it
Just spent the weekend shredding at Falls Creek in this jacket and wow — it’s perfect. Baggy enough for layers, keeps the wind out, and the cargo pocket actually fits my gloves, goggles, and phone. Only minor gripe — hood could be a bit bigger for helmet use. Otherwise, totally stoked!

Didn't expect to like it this much
Was honestly a bit unsure ordering online but ended up loving it. Super easy to move in, especially when skating around flat areas. Fell a few times and didn't feel restricted at all.
