If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.

If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

Great value, definitely waterproof and warm, the material is very nice and thick and perfect for snowboarding, love the color no one else on the mountain looks as cool. Size turned out exactly how I wanted too didnt have to return!

THIS JACKET IS AMAZING!
I really loved this jacket. The specs are incredible, I specially like the stretch powder skirt underneath the jacket to keep snow out. This jacket kept me warm and I had a few people on the mountain ask where it was from. I am normally a size M in everything and this jacket is a M. Im 56 and 155 pounds, smaller chest. Super recommend.

Bought this to sled and snowball fights with my son. Great purchase! Comfortable, dry and looks great. Love all the pockets and that its a pullover instead of a zip up jacket. So much more comfortable and dry. Cant recommend enough!!

I’m so happy with this jacket. It’s a fashionable design. Beautiful jacket with pockets. It’s waterproofing material but it’s much softer than other jackets I have. There is an inner tight layer at the bottom to prevent the wind blowing in. We’re planning to Italy and I’m going to bring it. I’m 164cm and 55kg. I bought small size and fits perfectly. Highly recommend!
