If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed using a gift card cannot be exchanged but can be returned. The actual refund amount is the payment amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.

As for the fitment, I'm 6'1" 185lbs with a 41" chest and 44" gut...the extra large fits nicely and is long enough (arm length and overall). Leaves enough room for a layer, definitely roomy sans gut, but I doubt anybody would need to layer for typical temps. That being said I haven't really tried the thing out yet. I purchased it for a trip to Canada, so I'll report back with how it handles very cold temps. Definitely too warm to wear as a casual jacket in temps 50F+.

First of all, the jacket is beautiful. Looks exactly like the pictures. Im 5 11 roughly, 180 pounds and the large is actually a little big on me. Its longer than expected but overall its a good fit. Its also not overly bulky, its a great light ski jacket! 5/5

The jacket is warm but breathable, has a great fit, and lots of good pockets. Functionally it's been perfect for my use, it's definitely great value for the price. Hope this company keeps taking chances on wild designs because I adore this one.
