Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowverb.com.au, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)
Important:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items, customers will be only responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees, no additional fees applied like: Restocking fee.
Snowverb.com.au reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

We offer returns for refund, all returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days once your return is received and inspected.
All sales on big promotion(40%-60%) products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging your items, we will accommodate an exchange for items for the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Initial exchange of items are shipped free of charge.
If a second exchange is required, the customer will incur an additional shipping charge of A$26.99.
Defective Items
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.
Got this today with the right size . Im 6ft (80kg), size XL is just right for me as per the size chart. Good materials, cutting ( the regular fit looks perfect ) and Color!

Nice pants. Not noisy. The waist is adjustable.
Super warm. Great ventilation. GREAT FIT!!! These fit like cargos but crazy enough you can wear jeans underneath and still be fine.

Everything I could've asked for out of these pants. I never felt the need for additional layers underneath these pants and stayed warm, without sacrificing comfort or range of motion, all day on the slopes. The zipper in between the legs was perfect on days that were a touch warm or when we went inside for a break. Great pockets throughout.

Im 90kg and about around 170 and XL fits great in length and waist. My sweatshirt doesnt fall down. Awesome pockets and incredible product otherwise.

Length is perfect
After reading many reviews about these and other pants, I decided on these ones.I was afraid of ordering my usual size however, I am usually a medium, They are true to size and they are comfortable and keep me warm while on the ice.
